Before you visit us at Northern Light Hospital (Tromsø Private Sykehus AS) we want to be certain that you medical conditions fulfil our standards. That’s why we want two things from you in advance: This will also ensure that you will not have a wasted journey to Tromsoe. 

We require the following:

1. A declaration from you stating your health. You either print it out and post it to us or you can send it through this website. Click here

2. A copy of the answer from a microbacterial analyzes of a sample taken from you nose. We want to exclude MRSA and NDM-1. This can be arranged by your GP.

Our anaesthetists and team will go though your answers and you will be contacted as soon as the data has been collated.
